The systems are intended to protect premises and outdoor systems located in explosion hazard zones of class 1 and 2 according to GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2011, where the appearance of an explosive atmosphere in the form of a mixture of flammable gases with air is probable under normal operating conditions in accordance with the assigned explosion protection marking.

The device is not applicable to fire equipment installed in underground mine workings of mines and deposits and their above-ground buildings dangerous due to mine gas and/or dust.

The systems are intended for extinguishing fires of classes: A (solids combustibles), B (flammable liquids) and E (electrical installations with voltage up to 1000 V) according to GOST 27331 in enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces of premises of various classes according to functional fire hazard: industrial, storage, administrative, archive, storages of museum values and exhibitions, as well as for protection of technological and other equipment. The systems are used to protect both individual fire-hazard zones and the entire volume of protected premises.

The systems are not applicable for extinguishing chemically active substances that react with water (alkali metals, aluminum - organic compounds, etc.).
