Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy

This document, "Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") constitutes the Pozhtechnika JSC (hereinafter "we" and / or " the Administration") set of rules to collect data of Internet users (hereinafter "you" and / or "User ") using the site https://pozhtechnika.com (hereinafter referred to as " the Site ").

1.User’s personal data

1.1. Personal information that you provide about yourself using online forms and modules of the Site, including name and phone number and / or email address.

1.2. Anonymized data includes the following information that does not allow you to be identified: data that is transmitted in an anonymized form in an automatic mode, depending on the settings of the software you use.

1.3. The Administration has the right to establish requirements for the composition of the Anonymized User data that are collected using the Site.

1.4. If certain information is not marked as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is carried out by the User at its sole discretion. At the same time, you give informed consent for an unlimited number of persons to access such data. The specified data becomes publicly available from the moment of provision and / or disclosure in another form.

1.5. The Administration does not check the accuracy of the data provided and the User’s necessary consent to process them in accordance with this Policy, believing that the User acts in good faith, prudently and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up-to-date and to obtain all the necessary consent to its use.     

                                                                                                                      

1.6. You acknowledge and accept the possibility of using third-party software on the Site, as a result of which such persons can receive and transmit the data specified in clause 1.3 in an impersonal form. The specified third party software includes:

▪ Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica systems for collecting visit statistics;

▪ Business messenger Jivo;

▪ Mass – message email service Unisender;

▪ Hosting provider’s web server .

1.7. The composition and conditions for the collection of anonymized data using third-party software are determined directly by their copyright holders and may include:

▪ browser data (type, version, cookie);

▪ device data and its location;

▪ operating system data (type, version, screen resolution);

▪ request data (time, referral source, IP address).

1.8. The administration is not responsible for the procedure of using the Anonymized User data by third parties.

2. Purpose of personal data processing

2.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails providing the User with access to services, information and / or materials, contained on the website.

2.2. The Administrator also has the right to send the User notifications of new products and services, special offers and various events.

2.3. Processing of incoming requests and communication with the User;

2.4. Marketing, statistical and other research.

3. Requirements for data protection

3.1. The Administration stores data and ensures their protection from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

3.2. Confidentiality is provided for the received data, except for cases when they are made by the User in a publicly available way, as well as when the technologies and software of third parties used on the Site or the settings of the software used by the User provide for an open exchange with these persons and / or other participants and network users .

3.3. In order to improve the quality of work, the Administration has the right to store log- files about the actions performed by the User while using the Site   for 1 (One) year.

4.1. The Administration has the right to transmit data to third parties in the following cases:

▪ The transmission is necessary as part of the User's use of the functionality of the Site;

▪ At the request of a court or other authorized state body within the framework of the procedure established by law;

▪ To protect the rights and legal interests of the Administration in connection with the violations committed by the User.

5. Changes to the Policy

5.1. This Policy can be changed or terminated by the Administration on an unilateral basis without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy comes into force since it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
