In the dry powder fire extinguishers operated with internal cartridge MIG E there is no pressure inside the cylinder. The absence of pressure inside the case allows the extinguisher to operate in hazardous locations, where safety requirements do not recommend or prohibit the operation of cylinders with excessive pressure inside the case.
The absence of pressure inside the body of the OP(b) MIG E fire extinguisher prevents compaction of the fire extinguishing powder, which enhances its extinguishing efficiency. There is no indicator in the locking and starting device fire extinguishers with a high pressure cylinder, compared with the fire extinguishers pumped type, eliminates the possibility of depressurization of the housing (loss of performance extinguisher) if the indicator glass is damaged or falls out, which is likely enough in harsh operating conditions (fall, impact, etc.).
The absence of pressure inside the body of the OP(b) MIG E fire extinguisher prevents compaction of the fire extinguishing powder, which enhances its extinguishing efficiency.
