POZHTECHNIKA serially manufactures PRESTIGE fire cabinets designed for operation in conditions with high C4-H and very high corrosivity C5-M according to ISO 12944-2.
PRESTIGE cabinets are designed for operation in difficult atmospheric conditions, can be exposed to sea salt, aggressive working environments (oil and oil products, formation waters, soils, well chemicals and solutions, etc.). They are characterized by high corrosion resistance, wide temperature and humidity ranges. PRESTIGE cabinets are manufactured in the following designs for operation at facilities:
- according to C4-H (high): industrial and coastal areas with moderate salinity: chemical plants, swimming pools, shipyards;
- according to C5-M (very high): coastal and marine areas with high salinity, for example, in buildings and areas with almost permanent condensation and with a very high level of pollution.
The proposed protection complex for PRESTIGE cabinets in corrosion-resistant version consists of surface preparation for painting and a 2-layer coating:
1. Surface preparation is carried out by shot blasting according to ISO 8501, which allows you to clean the surface from oil and grease, scale and rust.
2. To protect the cabinets from salt water and its vapors, as well as salt solutions, a zinc-rich primer is applied in 1 or 2 layers.
3. Top coat - polyester (for cabinets with C4-H coating) or acrylic aliphatic polyurethane (for cabinets with C5-M coating) with improved UV resistance in red (different RAL colors available), which allows to achieve excellent resistance to ultraviolet.
The warranty period for cabinets is 36 months.
Service life - not less than 10 years.
